Senior Pastor
Jeremy Carver was born & raised in East Tennessee and is a Volunteer for Life. He and his wife, Salissa, have been married since 1999 and came to The Sanctuary in 2004, after spending 3.5 years in full-time evangelism. They are blessed with 2 wonderful daughters, Kelsey and Kaylee, who both actively serve in ministry at The Sanctuary.
A Shichon named Lucy and a Cavapoo named Penny round out the Carver home. Pastor Carver enjoys riding motorcycles, watching Tennessee football, and traveling with his family.

Brian Wagers
Associate Pastor
Brian Wagers and his wife, Lynette, have been members of The Sanctuary for over 25 years. He serves as an associate minister on the pastoral team and, together, they serve as directors for our new-believer discipleship program called "The Journey." Brian and Lynette have 5 children and 6 grandchildren.

Steve Campbell
Associate Pastor
Steve Campbell has called The Sanctuary his home for many years, as he received the gift of the Holy Ghost and was baptized in Jesus Name on our campus. He serves as an associate minister on our pastoral team and leads our TrendSetters Ministry for senior church members. He and his wife, Melissa, have two daughters, a granddaughter, and a grandson.
Tommy Delbridge
Family Pastor
Tommy Delbridge serves as Family Pastor of The Sanctuary, ministering to families connected to our church in a variety of ways. He currently works as an adjunct professor at Urshan University as well as a contract mental health therapist for Three Peaks Counseling. Having worked at a children's home in different capacities, he developed a passion for working with families. He is married to Amanda, and together they have 3 adult daughters and 3 grandsons.

Corbin Patterson
Student Pastor
Corbin Patterson has served as our Student Pastor since October 2025. He and his wife, Hannah, have two beautiful daughters, Adalynn and Eleanora. They were both raised in Pentecost and in/around ministry, having served in many different roles at churches in Indiana, before relocating to Tennessee.
